Package Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted up to 14 days prior to the travel date.

After this period, the package will be deemed non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy of individual components (e.g., hotels, flights, activities) included in the package. These policies may vary, and any modifications to the package will be subject to the updated terms.
• Exact cancellation charges and date change policies are displayed at the time of booking and may differ based on the package and travel dates.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation, minus applicable cancellation fees and taxes.
• All applicable taxes, service fees, and surcharges are non-refundable, and cancellation fees are exclusive of these charges.
• For packages booked during promotional or discount periods, stricter cancellation rules may apply, as stated in the specific terms of the promotion.

We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel disruptions.

Package Date Change Policy

Date changes are allowed up to 14 days prior to the travel date.

After this period, date changes are not permitted.

• Date changes are subject to the availability of package components (e.g., flights, hotels, activities) on the requested new date. Availability is not guaranteed.
• Any fare or price difference between the original and new travel dates will be charged in addition to the date change fee.
• The exact date change fee and applicable terms will be displayed during the modification process. Please review these carefully before proceeding.
• Packages booked under promotions or discounts may have stricter date change rules as specified in the promotion terms.
• Taxes, service fees, and other surcharges are non-refundable and will be applied to the new date as per the applicable rates.
• Date changes requested within 14 days of the travel date will not be accommodated, and cancellations, if any, will follow the cancellation policy.

Package Policy & Terms

• Most packages can be customized to suit individual preferences. However, fixed-departure tours are pre-designed and cannot be modified.
• All discussions and requests must be documented in writing. Verbal agreements or instructions will not be considered valid.
• A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment has been received and acknowledged.
• The company may need to adjust itineraries or services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural events, technical issues, or changes in policies. These changes are made to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• For packages with unspecified travel dates, guests must confirm their travel dates within 3 months of the invoice issuance. Delays in finalizing dates may result in additional charges or inconveniences.
• As part of our commitment to enhancing your experience, complimentary upgrades to hotels, room categories, or vehicles may be provided when available. These upgrades will be communicated either before or during the trip and will not incur any additional cost.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate information and adhering to the agreed terms. Delays or non-compliance may disrupt services.
• By confirming the booking, you agree to these terms and conditions, which form the basis of your package agreement.
